Who is responsible for pruning trees on the Strata Property??

If the trees are on strata common property - it is the owners corporations responsibility.

If trees are part of your Lot - the Lot Owner is responsible.

Good advice to contact the Local Council for permission before any pruning of trees; and also check with the Strata Manager there maybe restrictions on "How Tall Trees" on your Lot are allowed to grow.
