How to reduce stress during buying and/or selling a home when agreeing on a Price??

My Advice first of all is obtain the Contract to the property asap from the agent, if you make an offer and feel the Agent is acting on his own and referring the Offer to the Vendor - then approach the Vendor direct and make the Offer, the COntract will disclose the Vendors Address; we have recommended this approach to a number of clients and they have been successful because the approach has established a relationship with the Vendors.

A client did this over in the Northbridge area of Sydney and so delighted with the outcome, there is nothing stopping you from adopting this approach both Legally or morally! opens up transparency and creates trust when agreeing on a price for a property.
